Whale watching

Sailing every Sunday and Wednesday on Viking Fleet ships, these trips are great for the whole family. Montauk's Natural Attractions include miles of unspoiled ocean beach, five state parks, a county park, several town parks, and nature preserve areas.



Since about 70% of our land is parkland, there are miles of trails and roads through the parks. Take a guided hike with the East Hampton Trails Preservation Society ( to learn more about the Montauk wilderness.
