Concert at the Montauk Library, Quynh Nguyen, classical pianist

A concert of masterworks for piano by Mozart, Schubert and Chopin will be performed at the Montauk Library by Vietnamese-American pianist, Quynh Nguyen. Her sensitive and poetic performances have been heard throughout the USA, Europe and Asia at notable venues. Her musical studies began at the Hanoi Conservatory of Music and the Gnessin Institute in Moscow. A graduate of The Juilliard School and Mannes College of Music, she earned her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the CUNY Graduate Center and earned numerous distinctions, including a Fulbright Fellowship. Ms Nguyen currently serves as a member of the faculties of Hunter College and the International Keyboard Institute and Festival (Mannes College of Music.
