Camps and Classes
The Montauk Artist's Association schedules Saturday morning classes for the children of the area throughout the summer 631-668-5336 or visit montaukartistsassociation.org. Adult courses in pastel, watercolor, acrylic and oil painting, life drawing, photography are offered from June into October.
The Montauk Artist's Association also holds two big art shows on the Village Green. One on Memorial Day weekend, May 23, 24 and 25, 2014, and the other Art Show on the Green on August 15, 16, and 1, 2014.
The Depot Gallery is in the original waiting room of the Montauk Train Station and offers 10 shows every year. Gallery Hours: Noon - 5 PM Daily. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Summer Camps for Kids
Pathfinder Country Day Camp, a Montauk tradition since 1964
Sail Montauk offers a Junior Sailing Progam. Each boat is limited to 4–5 students with a certified instructor. Students learn sailing basics with hands on participation. Two week long sessions, Monday-Friday from 9:30am–12:30pm June 29–July 10, and July 20–July 31.
Air and Speed Surf Shop
Air and Speed Surf Shop offers surfing instructions for ages 7–14. Camps are offered during July and August. Every camper, regardless of experience, gets one-on-one attention and will be trained how to read the surf, paddle out, and catch a wave. airandspeedsurf.com
Deep Hollow Ranch
Deep Hollow Ranch has pony camps for kids 7–12. Camp sessions run from June to August. Private lessons also available. Campers can sign up for 5 sessions per week or 3 sessions per week. deephollowranch.com

Kate Tempesta's Urban Golf Academy at the Montauk Downs
Offering all day (9am–2:30pm) weekly Golf/Swim Camps, and a Golf/Tennis Camps for ages 4–8. Also offering an Evening Eagles Golf Camp for ages 7 and up. Begins the last week of June–the end of August. ktuga.com
