Duryea’s Lobster Deck - Retail Market Open Monday – Friday, 8a.m. – 5 p .m., and Saturday 8 a.m. – 6p.m

Restaurant open in-season only. A favorite place to relax with quality seafood dishes overlooking Fort Pond Bay. Duryea’s serves steamed whole lobsters, lobster rolls, and more. Bring your own drinks (Duryea’s doesn’t serve beer or wine), and settle in with your order at a table under an umbrella as you watch the sunset from this casual spot on Tuthill Road. Next door is a retail seafood market to purchase cooked lobsters to go (call in advance) and an antique shop and gift shop for browsing. Montauket

Closed for the season. With its spectacular cliff side location overlooking Fort Pond Bay, the Montauket clings firmly to its renown as the spot for Montauk sunsets. On Firestone Road off Fleming, a short way from Flamingo Road as it heads toward the Montauk docks, the Montauket draws a dedicated crowd for drinks as well as lunch and dinner, served seven days in the summer season. Lunch is 12 – 2, weekdays, 12-3, weekends, and dinner is 5:30 – 10. Local lobsters and fish, burgers, chops, and salads make up the fare, along with a children’s menu . Dinner in the large dining room overlooking Fort Pond features hors d’oeuvres like steak tartare and lobster sliders: entrees include wood-roasted chicken, sirloin steaks, fish, and a vegetarian cassoulet.
