Fishbar

This waterfront restaurant on East Lake Drive is where Lake Montauk meets the Mediterranean. Tuscan-born Marco Martelli has joined fishbar as Executive Chef.   Martelli, a third-generation Tuscan chef, Martelli owned and operated several successful Florence restaurants, before bringing his food to the U.S.  The fishbar serves seaside fare, a lively atmosphere, and a wine list including sparkling selections. Watch the sunset with a cocktail while dining from the bar menu or enjoy dinner on the deck featuring frito misto, bouillabaisse and other fresh fish dishes like Montauk striped bass, roasted peppers and tomatoes on warm hummus.
